Periodontology

The most widespread dental disease after caries is periodontal disease (periodontitis). This condition affects the gums and the supporting structures of the teeth, known as the periodontium, and has become increasingly common in modern times.

Due to changes in diet, reduced stimulation of the periodontium, and the consumption of thermally processed foods, this part of oral hygiene is often neglected. Untreated periodontal disease leads to the gradual loss of teeth over time.

The diagnosis and treatment of this condition are just as important as all other services provided in our practice. A comprehensive examination of the entire oral cavity allows us to provide a complete and integrated approach to maintaining oral health and hygiene for our patients.
